About Our Owner, David Aeschliman
David Aeschliman is a nationally recognized strategist with an astoundingly rich resume of creating growth within firms. As a recipient of the National Agri-Marketing’s highest honor, the President’s Award, he has written in excess of 400 strategic growth plans for 200 companies in 35 different industries.
He is a results-oriented leader offering comprehensive and insightful strategic plans, tactical deployment, effective people leadership and team building. His unique viewpoint often opens doors of opportunity busy companies sometimes miss and his ability to assess strengths, soft spots and pull corrective and accelerated growth plans together are often heralded by his clientele. “After what he did for our company, if I had a million dollars, I’d just hand it to him and turn him loose.” Kevin Bunch, retired owner of Group Services.
Not only does David work in strategic growth planning, but he is very frequently retained to conduct sales training courses with sales forces. Additionally, he is often called upon to speak publicly, from inspirational to analytic to content. He has spoken from coast to coast small groups and national audiences. He’s even delivered several eulogies.
Besides Growth Work, David also owns Walnut Creek Auction College, where he delivers the most comprehensive auction education in the industry.
David graduated from Kansas State University with a double major and minor. He and his wife built their own log home on a rural acreage outside of the Quad Cities. His wrote Patient Perspective, a book capturing he and his late wife’s battle with cancer, writes a monthly sales and management article for a national magazine and has written more than 120 articles, primarily about buying behavior and selling methods.
His hobbies include gardening, cutting firewood, fishing and helping farmers during planting and harvest.
